Return and Exchange Policy

At Loveiststore, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily and quickly return or exchange your item.

Product Change Period

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that the products you purchased are unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Change?

• Shipping costs are covered by our company.

• After we receive the product, we check whether the model you want is in stock and create a new order for you.

Return Process

For the product you want to return:

• You can reach us via our WhatsApp line or at loveiststore@gmail.com .

• The product must be shipped free of charge via DHL Shipping.

• For returns sent via other cargo companies, the fee belongs to the sender.

• Shipments with buyer's payment are not accepted.

Defective / Faulty / Wrong Product Status

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrectly shipped:

• Do not forget to check the cargo package during delivery.

• If there is damage, have the cargo officer prepare a "Due Diligence Report".

• If you noticed it after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the product reaches us, we will conduct the necessary inspections. If no usage errors are found, your purchase price will be refunded within 14 business days .
